Workshop with Rebecca Lawson:
Tending the Heart and Eyes: A Continuum Perspective
In this workshop, using Continuum practices, we will offer nourishment, space and support to the eyes and heart. Continuum, an inherently healing modality, can awaken life flow and liberate habits of tension. Through perceptual attention and deep listening we will offer a tender caring to these precious organs.
